Standard Warranty
Eaton provides all customers with a comprehensive standard warranty on all Eaton DC products. This covers against defects in materials and manufacture for 12 months from the date of dispatch.
Extended Warranty
The extended warranty option offers customers a choice of a 2, 3, 4, or 5-year warranty period from the date of dispatch with all other conditions as given in the standard warranty. Extended warranties can only be purchased at the time of original sale
PredictPulse Insight is the first cloud-based analytics service for data center infrastructure to predict the failure of power components. The new services adds predictive analytics to Eaton’s next-generation PredictPulse remote monitoring service, shifting power monitoring from a reactive to a proactive model.
Warranty and bundled first-year service combines the Eaton UPS limited warranty and applicable Eaton Service Protection Plan (varies by model). See the specific warranty and service plan documentation for exclusions and limitations. Most Eaton warranties are 18 months from ship date or 1 year from startup (or purchase) date, whichever comes first (refer to the specific factory warranty).
